Coconut oil for cooking recipes
We may prepare a variety of dishes and recipes with the coconut oil. Coconut oil is used for preparing mushroom pat cone pita, coconut granola, healthy coconut banana cookies, and chicken in coconut milk, greasing pans, baked products, and fried products and for all other food preparations. Besides, coconut milk is also very useful and can be substituted with other milks. It may be mentioned that coconut milk has sufficient quantity of oil in it. It doesn’t need to be refrigerated. Moreover, it has less risk of allergy in comparison with other milk. It is advisable to consume 4 spoonful of virgin coconut oil daily. Single spoon can be consumed after breakfast, lunch and dinner. The oil cannot be taken wholly at the same time as it may create certain temporary health issues such as diarrhea. Even half spoon is good for our health.
Use of coconut oil for hair problems
Coconut oil is being used for protection of hair since the time of our forefathers. It is believed that coconut oil is best and natural hair conditioner. Regular massage of coconut oil on scalp stops the falling of hair and lead to re-growing of the hair. Some experts say that application of coconut oil on wet hair gives good results. Also, you can use the warm oil on head and then wash it with quality shampoo and see the result. This should be done after the gap of every 3 days. Coconut oil is also considered as a deterrent to dandruff problem. For it, just make composition of coconut oil and lemon juice in 2:1 ratio and prepare the mix which can be applied on the scalp which will prove a strong dandruff resistant.
Use of coconut oil for other purposes
Coconut oil has medicinal properties so its uses are helpful in cuts and wounds, asthma, diabetes, fatigue, epileptic seizure, liver function etc. It is advised that organic virgin coconut oil be consumed before each meal. As has been proved that coconut oil has MCFA and our liver converts it into energy and helps in boosting the metabolism. Besides, coconut oil helps in preventing the skin acne also.
